Bad Moms (Movie Summary)

Amy was very busy taking care of her two kids, her job, and being a good wife. She has always been late, but she’s trying her best. One night she caught her husband having an affair with someone online, so she sent him out. She struggled after that, but after a very long day, she felt like quitting. She drank in a bar and met her friends whose kids go to the same school as hers. They decided they were bad moms and decided to stress less.

Amy stopped cooking breakfast and going to work. She watched movies and ate lunch with her friends. She was happy and stress-free until Gwendolyn (the PTA president) saw her as a threat and tried to bring her down. Gwendolyn removed Amy’s daughter from the soccer team and framed her by putting weed in her locker. She fought back and ran for PTA president, but Amy’s daughter blamed her and told her she wanted to stay with her dad. She was also fired from her job. She was left alone in the house crying, but her friends came over and forced her to attend the PTA election. She did and won by emphasizing that there are no perfect moms and there is nothing wrong with having no clue what you are doing. After that, her kids went home, and her boss asked if she could come back. Also, she found a new lover, a single parent in the school who has always admired her.
