Start paying attention to what you are, rather than what you aren’t.

Do not lose yourself trying to love someone else.

You will see on social media. So please, just put down your phone and pick up your head.

Don’t forget to live because you think you’re living through your phone.

You will miss all of that if you are looking down. Always choose to look up.

There is more to life than what we are settling for.

Because we would rather sleep beside someone who makes us feel lonely than to be alone.

We hold on because it is easier to fill our voids with another human being, even hen they do not understand us, even when they cannot value us, because we are still learning how to value ourselves.

Everything you once considered a failure was really just an opportunity to flourish.

You will miss out on beautiful things if you continue to stay rooted in all of the ways you were wronged,

No person is sent to you by accident.

Your journey is never going to be faultless, is never going to be devoid of pain, but you can do hard things, because you show up to do them, even if it is imperfectly.

You’re going to look back on these moments in your future, and you are going to be so glad that you trust-ed in your healing.

There’s no point in doing everything right if you are just going to end up unhappy.

Love is the hope you feel in your chest when you meet someone and you just know, in a bizarre and all-consuming way, that they are going to mean a lot to you, that you are going to clear a little corner of your soul out for them.
